If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving. You can return your product for different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. You can return for refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving. Only if the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide you the shipping label for you to download and print for you to ship the item back.

If customers purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, It is customers' responsibility to ship the item back. For refund option, we will issue a refund less outbound and return shipping fees.

If 30 days have gone by since your received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@chihulychandelier.com before you intending to return. We reserve the right to deny return without prior return approval. When you contact us, please tell us which item(s) you are returning and why. We might also confirm your original delivery information. Your return application will be processed within 3 days. After your return approval, you are required to pack the item(s) carefully in order to keep the item(s) in the original condition when we receive the item(s).


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. please post the item to Room A, Floor 4, Block A, Kunchi Building, NO.27, Xinghu Road, Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China, 361011

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If returned items have no visible signs, then your refund will be processed, we will issue a refund less outbound and return shipping fees within a week.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@chihulychandelier.com 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will issue the shipping label for you to ship the item back.

Depending on where you live, the time it may takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
